Late policy. I have a 15 minutes grace period once it is past that time the deposit will be forfeited and the appointment will be canceled.

Cancellation policy. if you need to cancel your appointment it needs to be 24 hours before your appointment to receive your deposit back if there is no contact to cancel and it is a no show the deposit will be forfeited and you will be required to pay 50% of the appointment that was cancelled
